Seasonal Montana was created by Chef Melissa Harrison in 2009. The custom catering company has evolved over the years into the unique business it is today. We create Chef dinner experiences, custom catering for events of all sizes and meal deliveries.
Email us with your event, idea or catering needs. We would love to schedule a phone call with you to start planning but are also happy to correspond over email if you are too busy for a scheduled call. In our response email we will send you a list of questions in regards to your culinary request. Once we receive the details from the planning phone and/or emails we can create a custom menu that is catered to your gathering.
Procurement
We are proud to support and procure our ingredients from Montana ranches, farms and producers. Creating menus based around the seasons and supporting our Montana food community is the foundation of our food philosophy. Chef Mel loves to create menus based off of the seasons and what is produced locally and is always happy to purchase ingredients from sources outside of Montana. Our menus tell a story and we want that story to be your favorite food memories to come.
