Chef Mel has been creating farm to table events in Montana and beyond for over 16 years. She sources local ingredients and beverages from the best farmers, ranchers, producers and makers. She is a supporter of the local food movement. Chef Mel loves to bring people together through food, creating a sense of community around the table. The evening will be nothing short of the ultimate Montana experience. If you have food allergies please let us know in advance so that we can make sure to accommodate your dietary restrictions. The menu will be showcased the night of the event.
Peace of Paradise is 20 acres of mountain landscapes, a sanctuary where natural beauty meets creative expression. Located at the heart of the property is El Coyote, a Spanish-style casita with a full bar and lounge, blending Wild West charm with Spanish flair. This gathering space, with its old-country nostalgia, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere and includes a bar, bathroom and cozy seating areas, makes El Coyote the perfect setting for connection and creativity.
Next to the El Coyote where you will be enjoying dinner and if the weather cooperates the warm Montana Fall air is the large Nordic event tipi, a highlight of the venue. Furnished with a luxurious wood dining table and upholstered chairs and crafted from weatherproof, flame-retardant canvas, the tipi offers a durable and stylish environment for hosting dinner parties and large gatherings. The sides will be lifted weather dependent to welcome a more indoor/outdoor space. Blending charm with practicality, the event tipi provides a scenic and comfortable setting for meals and gatherings under the wide Montana sky.
The evening will be photographed by the talented Alyssa Freese
